DEBI'S 2009 ENVIRONMENTAL AWARDS CEREMONY took place at the Met Office, Exeter on Thursday 26th November 2009.
The awards were presented by Paul Gompertz Director of Devon Wildlife Trust.

Devon Environmental Business Initiative is a networking organisation set up to inform, support and motivate businesses, of all sizes and from all sectors in Devon, to adopt environmentally sound and profitable business policies. DEBI disseminates information on developments in environmental legislation, management systems and best practice to businesses in Devon by:-
a bi-monthly newsletter “DEBI News”
arranging industry visits to various business throughout the county
providing opportunities to network and share information
organising an annual Environmental Business Award competition
partnering with other organisations to share best practice
