Otter Farm, Weston - July 2007

  Mark Diacono runs Otter Farm near to Honiton. Otter Farm is also known as the “Climate Change Farm” as Mark 
  is growing crops such as almonds, pecans, persimmons, apricots and olives with plans for pineapple guava and peaches.
  An environmental consultant by trade, Mark is also passionate about “forgotten foods”. The visit gave an insight into
  how the climate is affecting what we are able to produce.
