| 10th July | Higher Wiscombe visit and barbecue
Higher Wiscombe is a self catering holiday business with a founding principle of sustainability. Open for just over two years, Higher Wiscombe has won the national award for “Holiday Cottage of the Year” and was the 2007 DEBI Overall Winner, proving that luxury and sustainability are compatible. What is even better is the emphasis that is put on guest participation |

Pebblebed Vineyard visit and Wine Tasting at Topsham Wine Cellar Geoff Bowen, owner of the vineyard will talk though “from vine to glass” the processes involved in producing wine from an English vineyard which will be followed by wine tasting with a selection of local cheeses and a chance to network with other DEBI members in the wine cellar at Topsham. |

Ashfords Environmental Legislation Update The talk is intended to provide a bite-sized review of some recent developments in environmental law – legislation and case-law. |
Visits are free to corporate supporters, members and envision members of DEBI. Associate members and non-members are welcome to attend for a nominal charge of £5.00 per person.
